Used permissions explained:

FULL INTERNET ACCESS: Allows an application to create network sockets. — used to send stack trace when the app crashes. No personal data is sent.

READ PHONE STATE AND IDENTITY: Allows the application to access the phone features of the device, etc. — used to detect when a phone call is made, so recording can be stopped to prevent garbage. Phone or serial number is not accessed in any way.

MODIFY/DELETE USB STORAGE CONTENTS, MODIFY/DELETE SD CARD CONTENTS: Allows an application to write to the USB storage. Allows an application to write to the SD card. — recordings are stored in external memory (USB or SD CARD), so the app needs write access to them.
